Business hours are hours which I will be actively responding to messages and working on orders.

All times are in the GMT time zone.

Monday: 11am-8:30pm

Tuesday: 11am-8:30pm

Wednesday: 11am-8:30pm

Thursday: 11am-8.30pm

Friday: 11am-8:30pm

Saturday: 12pm-7pm

Sunday: 12pm-6pm

If you message me regarding ordering, or general questions, after the time stated above, they will be answered on the next available day. I do try to respond promptly, if it is possible.

All orders are posted via courier service.

 Items are packed in a secure box/mailer with sufficient packaging. Any damage caused by delivery and handling is out of my control. This does mean that if an item gets damaged in transit, I am unable to offer a refund or replacement. I do everything I can to prevent damage from occurring, such as fragile labels, padded mailers and strong boxes. Items are quality checked before dispatch to ensure high-quality goods are delivered to you.
